Please ask for our "Female Only" option if you prefer an all female team (cardiac technician, sonographer and/or cardiologist) for your test.

MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Online bookings or requests for consultation and testing can be made directly via our homepage. Alternatively, please call us on 9510 9020 during office hours to make an appointment (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm).

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please bring the following to your appointment (if applicable)

  • Referral letter from your General Practitioner (valid for 12 months, unless stated) or Specialist
  • Medicare card 
  • Pension / DVA card
  • Private insurance details
  • List of current medications (including dosages)
  • Relevant test results
  • Completed Patient Registration Form (can be also be submitted via email or fax)
  • Completed Stress Echocardiogram Consent Form (for Stress Echocardiograms)

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
